Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems promptly.
Where Are We Located?
We are based out of Richmond, VA, but we do not have a physical storefront (yet!). For now, you can shop online and be sure to follow us on Instagram @radragsrva to find us at the next vendor markets.
Where is My Order?
For all products outside of "Rad Merch" please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from shipment date of your order. If you haven’t received your order within this timeframe, please let us know. For "Rad Merch" products please allow up to 23 business days for delivery. We are here to help and will ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Why Didn’t I Get Free Shipping On My Order?
Since we used a third-party organization to fulfill and ship "Rad Merch" you will be charged a flat fee of $2.99 for any "Rad Merch" orders. All other items on our site are eligible for free shipping on orders over $35.
Why Does "Rad Merch" Take Longer to Ship?
We use a third-party organization to fulfill and ship our products. Each item is made to order upon purchase and features a custom design, which extends the delivery period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your unique “Rad Merch” items.
Product Quality
Since our products are pre-loved, please expect typical wear and tear. Any significant issues will be highlighted in the product listing, but if we missed something, kindly let us know! All products will be cleaned and sanitized before shipment to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
